JSC “TRANSAS Consulting” considerably increased the efficiency of teamwork of experts using the newest development of Microsoft: Microsoft SharePoint Server.
The introduction was helpful for working together on one document, supporting uninterrupted work on projects during business trips, in places of the examination, assessments or analysis. All workers of the task group get remote access to the necessary documents (regulatory, technical, work files, drawings etc.), corporative files, work status, as well as the workload on all people of the task group and the company (in real time).
The implementation of the new technology allows, according to the preliminary calculations, to decrease the execution period up to 20 %, and the cost up to 15-18%, also it improves the quality of the work.« Back
