Upgrade Ship and Marine CCTV

JSC "Transas Consulting" upgraded Ship and Marime CCTV system, which now supports a resolution of up to 1920x1080 pixels (Full HD).

The TKDVR series video recorders, the TKSCE-3-IR series compact cameras and the Automated ship security  plan were also updated.
