The Automated ship security plan is an automated search and reporting system which allows the Company Security Officer (CSO), the Ship Security Officer (SSO) and all crewmembers, having security duties, with several mouse clicks to get the full information on action sequences in every situation described in the Ship Security Plan (SSP) and its confidential part.
Furthermore the system has integrated checklists for each security work, a planning component and all logbooks required by the ISPS Code and the developed SSP, which allows the SSO:
to have conclusive evidences in behalf of the ship security work;
to have an automated planning system for all periodical work like training and drills;
to have an “easy to find system”- all ship security documents and logs are located in on place and are easy printable.
