New methods of developing the ship security assessments and plans

In accordance with the recommendations received on the training-seminar on the 16-17 of August 2007, organized by the Federal Agency of Sea and River Transport “Russian Maritime Security Service”, a new method of developing security assessments and plans for dry cargo ships. This improves there quality and makes it easier to use for the crew.
