The Federal Agency of Sea and River transport “Russian Maritime Security Service” approved the SSP of “Svetlyj”(build in Singapore in 2006). The SSP was developed by JSC “TRANSAS Consulting” on behalf of «Lukoil-Kaliningradmorneft» Ltd.
